PRACTICAL INTEGRATION

One of the most practical practices, if not the most, is practical integration. The name says it all. It is practical. What makes it so practical? You do, simply by being in the consideration of what makes it so practical. In the very beginning, Thriveapeutics, before the term "Thriveapeutics" was actually a thing, "the work," as it was known, always considered integration. In fact, being conscious of integration and emphasizing the importance of being conscious of integration is what put Thriveapeutics on the map.

Simply focusing on the integration phase was enough. Over time, however, facilitators began to outsource the integrative process. In fact, facilitators of Thriveapeutics actually call people who receive sessions participants. The entire concept was to convert clients or patients into participants, people who actually participate in the process, as opposed to people who were being treated by professionals in authority, thereby making these people more passive and less active in bringing about positive changes.

Practical Integration is merely the practice of asking people, "How would you move now to maintain the feeling you now have from receiving this session?" Putting that inquiry on participants, emphasized the fact that they are indeed participants of the session they are receiving. Moving in new ways to maintain a greater and higher state of being is so remarkably supportive that it can actually seem wrong not to ask. For many other at-home practices, check out this link.
